Waters Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) technology is a system that operates at high pressure and performs very sensitive femtomolar level analysis. Generally, UPLC used for the analysis of sugars (UPLK), it is also used for the separation and characterization of other small molecules. The Waters UPLC system in the AGU Central laboratory is equipped with a fluorescent detector. Therefore, the samples must have intrinsic fluorescent or be labeled with fluorescent dye.
